LAWGAMES exists to give people a reason to read a real court case, weigh both sides, and make a decision — every day. That is brain work. The pledge below ties the game's busiest day of the year to the research and support that keeps brains working. The money goes to Alzheimer's research; no organisation is named here, and none is endorsed.
Every 13 October, 100% of the net proceeds from GUILTY or NOT? are donated to Alzheimer's research — with a guaranteed minimum of US$500 a year, every year from 2026 to 2035.
What "net proceeds" means
Stripe receipts from GUILTY or NOT? subscriptions settled on 13 October, Eastern Time, less processing fees and refunds. Bet! GUILTY or NOT? runs on play money and has no receipts, so it is not part of the calculation. If the day's net proceeds come to less than US$500, LAWGAMES pays US$500.
How it is reported
The figure for each year is computed and published on this page by 13 November, one month after the day. The table fills in as the years go by.
